重视就业能力有利于人才培养,现阶段高职院校在帮助大学生提高就业能力方面做了许多努力和尝试,但不系统的就业能力培养不利于就业问题的改善,为此必须把握就业能力内涵并在教学过程实践之,使学生将就业能力培养融入自我意识,这样才是真正的就业能力培养。
重視就業能力有利于人纔培養,現階段高職院校在幫助大學生提高就業能力方麵做瞭許多努力和嘗試,但不繫統的就業能力培養不利于就業問題的改善,為此必鬚把握就業能力內涵併在教學過程實踐之,使學生將就業能力培養融入自我意識,這樣纔是真正的就業能力培養。
중시취업능력유리우인재배양,현계단고직원교재방조대학생제고취업능력방면주료허다노력화상시,단불계통적취업능력배양불리우취업문제적개선,위차필수파악취업능력내함병재교학과정실천지,사학생장취업능력배양융입자아의식,저양재시진정적취업능력배양。
Attaching importance to the employability is helpful for talent cultivation. At present, higher vocational colleges have done many efforts to help students improve their employability. But only systemic training on employability is benefit for the employment problem solution, so, it is necessary to grasp the connotation of employability and then practice it in the teaching process. In the end the students will consciously train employability, which is real employability training.
