目的：探讨普鲁卡因静脉封闭治疗顽固瘙痒症的临床效果。方法：将168例顽固性皮肤瘙痒症患者按照随机数字抽签方法分为2组，对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用普鲁卡因静脉封闭治疗，对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者临床症状改善时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；2组患者总有效率的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但观察组患者显效率显著大于对照组（ P＜0．05）。治疗期间2组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论：在常规治疗的基础上应用普鲁卡因静脉封闭治疗顽固瘙痒症，能从瘙痒的产生和传递环节同时给予干预，从而达到更好的治疗效果，对于改善患者病情具有积极意义。
목적：탐토보로잡인정맥봉폐치료완고소양증적림상효과。방법：장168례완고성피부소양증환자안조수궤수자추첨방법분위2조，대조조환자급여상규치료，관찰조환자재차기출상가용보로잡인정맥봉폐치료，대비2조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조환자림상증상개선시간현저단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；2조환자총유효솔적차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），단관찰조환자현효솔현저대우대조조（ P＜0．05）。치료기간2조환자균미견명현불량반응。결론：재상규치료적기출상응용보로잡인정맥봉폐치료완고소양증，능종소양적산생화전체배절동시급여간예，종이체도경호적치료효과，대우개선환자병정구유적겁의의。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intravenous procaine block therapy for intractable pruritus.METHODS:168 patients with intractable pruritus patients were randomly divided into two groups, with the patients in the control group received conventional therapy alone, while the patients in the observation group were treated with add-on intravenous procaine block therapy, with therapeutic efficacy compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The observation group showed significantly earlier improvement in clinical symptoms than in the control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01);the differences in the total effective rate between the two groups were of no statistical significance (P >0.05);however, the markedly effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).During the treatment, significant adverse reactions were noted in none of the patients in the 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS: Addition of intravenous procaine block therapy to the conventional therapy resulted in better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of intractable pruritus due to the intervention on the production and transmission of itching, which thus has positive meaning for improving patient's condition.
