催化裂化装置的分馏塔器壁在运行期间出现泄漏,停工抢修发现泄漏处的器壁穿孔,塔壁内部经过除锈后发现腐蚀产生在局部,经过原因分析发现,穿孔的主要原因是进行CTST塔盘技术改造后,穿过罩帽产生的气流冲蚀造成的,同时也有塔器制造、油品性质以及设备管理的原因,为了尽快恢复生产,现场采取了局部挖补的维修方案,并采取了延缓冲蚀的措施。最后分析了泄漏事故的经验教训,避免类似的事故再次发生。

Leakage was found in fractionating tower wall of catalytic cracking unit in operation , a punch hole was found during the shutdown repair , corrosion was found locally after the tower wall internal rust removal.Through the cause analysis , it was found that the main reason of perforation was caused by air erosion through the cover cap after carrying out technical transformation of CTST tray , at the same time it may also be caused by some other reasons , such as tower manufacturing , oil property and equipment management.In order to resume production as soon as possible , the scene took a maintenance scheme for local patching , and took measures to slow the erosion.The experiences and lessons from the accident were analyzed to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
