一体化OCO工艺(以下简称一体化OCO工艺)是在OCO工艺基础上改进得到,合建于一体化OCO工艺主反应器侧面的二沉池可实现污泥自动回流,减少运行成本;在缺氧区末端和厌氧区之间设有通道,污泥从通道重新回到厌氧区,为厌氧释磷反应提供适宜的环境。以该工艺处理模拟城市污水,连续运行30天,工艺对有机碳( COD)、氨氮( NH+4-N)、总氮( TN)和总磷( TP)的平均去除率分别达到94%、99%、81%和93%,有很好的削碳、脱氮、除磷效果。该工艺在运行中无需添加化学试剂,真正实现了生物脱氮除磷,不产生二次污染,具有很高的推广应用价值。

The integral OCO process with side-ditch separators is a renovation reactor which develops from OCO.Its main characteristics are as follows: the integral OCO process combined secondary sedimentation tank can realize sludge automatic returning , aim at reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant , a flow channel is constructed between anoxic zone and anaerobic zone , the activated sludge which containing a small amount of nitrite nitrogen can return the anaerobic zone from the anoxic zone through the channel , this provides phosphate release with a fitting environment.The stable operation results showed that the integrated OCO process had good removal efficiencies of COD , NH+4-N, TN and TP for 30 days, their removal rates were 94%, 99%, 81%and 93%, respectively.The integral OCO process is suitable to remove pollutants such as carbon , nitrogen and phosphorus from municipal wastewater without any auxiliary chemical reagents.During operation , it does not produce secondary pollution.The integrated OCO progress has better value of application and dissemination.
