建立某小型涡扇发动机低压转子的有限元分析模型,用SAMCEF/ROTOR分析软件对不同支承刚度条件下低压转子的临界转速系统地进行计算分析,揭示压转子的前三阶临界转速随各支承刚度的变化规律,为低压转子的临界转速设计和基于支承刚度的临界转速调整提供了参考依据。
建立某小型渦扇髮動機低壓轉子的有限元分析模型,用SAMCEF/ROTOR分析軟件對不同支承剛度條件下低壓轉子的臨界轉速繫統地進行計算分析,揭示壓轉子的前三階臨界轉速隨各支承剛度的變化規律,為低壓轉子的臨界轉速設計和基于支承剛度的臨界轉速調整提供瞭參攷依據。

Finite element model of a low-pressure rotor of a turbofan engine was established. The critical speeds of the rotor with different supporting stiffness were systematically calculated and analyzed by SAMCEF/ROTOR software. The variation laws of the first three-order critical speeds with different supporting stiffness were revealed. The research results provide references and bases for critical speed design and adjustment based on supporting stiffness change of the low-pressure rotor.
