This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of RPR and introduces the application of RPR in the traffic engineering communication system of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It puts forward the goal, basis and technical requirements of the project design and gives the design scheme of the communication network and optical fiber digital transmission system, the technical index and functions.
