针对高校大学生心理问题频发，本文结合作者实际工作情况，分析大学生心理健康现状及成因，提出构建网格化的大学生心理健康教育模式，通过横向建立课程化心理健康教育体系，纵向完善层次性心理健康教育体系，加大投入力度，营造心理健康教育整体氛围等方式大力提升大学生心理健康教育水平。

Nowadays, an increasing number of college students are being troubled with psychological problems. This thesis, based on the author's working experiences, analyzes the causes of current psychological problems and puts forward a latticed college psychological education model that includes establishing a comprehensive psychological education course system, per-fecting the level-based psychological education system and calling for a higher spending on creating the atmosphere of full parti-cipation in college psychological educating to improve the status and level of college psychological education.
