采用HNO3和HF/HClO4的消解处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法( ICP-OES)测定灰化煤样中钍、钒、镓、锗4种金属元素含量。实验结果表明,该方法对这4种待测元素的加标回收率范围在93.46%~106.10%之间,相对标准偏差范围在0.91%~4.78%之间,方法的准确度和精密度均符合要求。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高,检测速度快结果准确,能满足煤中多种金属元素同时测定的分析需求。

The contents of four metal elements in ashed of coal sample , including Th, V, Ga and Ge, were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES).The sample was digested by HNO3 and HF/HClO4.The results showed that the linearity of calibration curves was good , and the recovery of these metal elements was between 93.46% and 106.10%.The relative standard deviation was between 0.91% and 4.78%.The method was highly sensitive , simple, rapid and the result was accurate , can be applied for analysis of metal elements in coal.
