目的：探讨消毒液擦拭法对手术器械上携带胃癌细胞（NCI‐N87）的灭活作用，为术中器械的灭瘤处理提供实验依据。方法选用NCI‐N87胃癌细胞为研究对象，采用15％朗索皮肤黏膜消毒碘、25％朗索皮肤黏膜消毒碘、无水乙醇、灭菌注射用水分别擦拭携带胃癌细胞的血管钳5、10、15 s ，再培养48、72 h后，通过显微镜观察细胞形态和生长情况并进行细胞计数。结果各种消毒液擦拭对比0.9％氯化钠注射液擦拭对胃癌细胞都更具有灭活作用，各组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0.01），其中25％朗索皮肤黏膜消毒碘擦拭对胃癌肿瘤细胞的灭活作用最佳，且随着擦拭时间的延长对胃癌肿瘤细胞的灭活作用越大。结论胃癌手术中，消毒液擦拭的方法对胃癌肿瘤细胞都有灭活作用，且25％朗索皮肤黏膜消毒碘擦拭对胃癌肿瘤细胞具有显著作用。
목적：탐토소독액찰식법대수술기계상휴대위암세포（NCI‐N87）적멸활작용，위술중기계적멸류처리제공실험의거。방법선용NCI‐N87위암세포위연구대상，채용15％랑색피부점막소독전、25％랑색피부점막소독전、무수을순、멸균주사용수분별찰식휴대위암세포적혈관겸5、10、15 s ，재배양48、72 h후，통과현미경관찰세포형태화생장정황병진행세포계수。결과각충소독액찰식대비0.9％록화납주사액찰식대위암세포도경구유멸활작용，각조비교차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0.01），기중25％랑색피부점막소독전찰식대위암종류세포적멸활작용최가，차수착찰식시간적연장대위암종류세포적멸활작용월대。결론위암수술중，소독액찰식적방법대위암종류세포도유멸활작용，차25％랑색피부점막소독전찰식대위암종류세포구유현저작용。
Objective To investigate the inactivation effect of disinfection and cleaning method on NCI‐N87 carried by surgical instruments ,and to provide experimental evidence for tumor destruction treatment on surgical instruments during surgeries .Methods NCI‐N87 was identified as the typical gastric cancer in our experiments . Hemostats that carried NCI‐N87 were scrubbed and cleaned with absolute alcohol ,WFI ,15% and 25% Lioner skin and mucous membrane disinfectant respectively for 5 ,10 ,and 15 seconds .Hemostats were then cultivated for 48 hours .After 72 hours ,NCI‐N87's cells were observed and calculated .Results Antiseptic liquids have grea‐ter inactivation effect on gastric cancer than saline .The differences between experimental groups were statistically significant ( P<0 .01) .The figures also indicated that 25% Lioner skin and mucous membrane disinfectant was of the most notable inactivation effect on gastric cancer cells .The longer surgical instruments were cleaned with the Lioner disinfectant ,the better the inactivation effect was .Conclusion During the operation of gastric cancer , cleaning surgical instruments with antiseptic liquid ,especially with 25% Lioner skin and mucous membrane disin‐fectant ,demonstrates positive inactivation effect on gastric cancer cells .
