以弗氏链霉菌( Streptomyces fradiae ) TP-116菌株作为出发菌株,采用紫外线、氯化锂和微波三重复合诱变,通过泰乐菌素抗性定向筛选,获得一株高产菌株YBT-06,并对其进行了遗传稳定性试验,结果表明突变株YBT-06生产代谢旺盛,遗传稳定性好,发酵效价比出发菌株提高了25%,达到11066μg/mL。
以弗氏鏈黴菌( Streptomyces fradiae ) TP-116菌株作為齣髮菌株,採用紫外線、氯化鋰和微波三重複閤誘變,通過泰樂菌素抗性定嚮篩選,穫得一株高產菌株YBT-06,併對其進行瞭遺傳穩定性試驗,結果錶明突變株YBT-06生產代謝旺盛,遺傳穩定性好,髮酵效價比齣髮菌株提高瞭25%,達到11066μg/mL。

Taking TP-116 strain of Streptomyces fradiae as a starting strain , using UV, lithium chloride and microwave triple compound mutagenesis , a high yield strainYBT-06 was got through the resistance of tylosin directional selection .The results on the genetic stability test showed that the mutant strain YBT -06 production metabolism exuberant , genetic stability was good , fermentation effect price had improved 25%than starting strains , reached 11066 μg/mL.
