为了检测振幅为微米级的低频振动信号,提高测量精度,提出了基于虚拟仪器的微幅低频振动测量算法。以PCI-6251数据采集板卡为核心,运用光测法的同时通过LabVIEW图形化编程设计算法,对信号进行分析。按照此算法流程进行测量实验,实验结果表明该系统能有效地检测与分析微幅低频振动信号及其主频和振幅,测量精度达到了0.5%。
為瞭檢測振幅為微米級的低頻振動信號,提高測量精度,提齣瞭基于虛擬儀器的微幅低頻振動測量算法。以PCI-6251數據採集闆卡為覈心,運用光測法的同時通過LabVIEW圖形化編程設計算法,對信號進行分析。按照此算法流程進行測量實驗,實驗結果錶明該繫統能有效地檢測與分析微幅低頻振動信號及其主頻和振幅,測量精度達到瞭0.5%。

A detecting algorithm of micro-vibration signal based on LabVIEW was proposed in this paper to detect micron-level amplitude vibration with low frequency to improve accuracy.As the core of this design,PCI-6251 data acquisition card served as the role of acquiring signal of laser.Dedicated algorithm was designed via graphical programming in LabVIEW to analyze the signal.By giving the experiment of measurement in this process,the result indicates that the detection system can precisely sense the micro-vi-bration signal,and detect its frequency and amplitude as well.Furthermore,the accuracy can reach to 0.5%.
