针对石化厂在生产过程中可能发生有毒气体泄漏带来的生产安全问题,设计了一套石化厂区有毒气体泄漏在线监测系统,该系统集无线传感器网络、便携式设备、云端即时存储功能、网页实时显示、在线监测短信报警、安卓手机实时显示及太阳能充电等技术于一体,实现对石化厂区中有毒气体(主要包括H2 S、SO2、CO、CH4)、温度、湿度、风向、风速、PM2.5等因子的实时、在线监测和预警,使生产管理人员掌握石化厂区的有毒气体实时动态信息,对可能引发危险事故的因素及时排除,把危险控制在始发阶段,以实现化工生产的安全、持续、高效进行。实验表明:该在线监测系统具有良好可靠性、安全性和实用性。
針對石化廠在生產過程中可能髮生有毒氣體洩漏帶來的生產安全問題,設計瞭一套石化廠區有毒氣體洩漏在線鑑測繫統,該繫統集無線傳感器網絡、便攜式設備、雲耑即時存儲功能、網頁實時顯示、在線鑑測短信報警、安卓手機實時顯示及太暘能充電等技術于一體,實現對石化廠區中有毒氣體(主要包括H2 S、SO2、CO、CH4)、溫度、濕度、風嚮、風速、PM2.5等因子的實時、在線鑑測和預警,使生產管理人員掌握石化廠區的有毒氣體實時動態信息,對可能引髮危險事故的因素及時排除,把危險控製在始髮階段,以實現化工生產的安全、持續、高效進行。實驗錶明:該在線鑑測繫統具有良好可靠性、安全性和實用性。

According to the production safety problems caused by toxic gas leak,which may occur in the productive process of petrochemical plants,an online monitoring system of toxic gas leak for petrochemical plant was designed ,which was a combination of wireless sensor networks,portable devices,cloud instant storage function,real-time display web pages,online monitoring SMS a-larm,android mobile real-time display and solar charging technology.The functions of real-time,online monitoring and early warning for the toxic gases ( mainly including H2 S,SO2 ,CO,CH4 ) ,temperature,humidity,wind direction,wind speed,PM2.5 and other fac-tors in petrochemical plant were realized,and made the production supervisors grasp the toxic gases’ real-time dynamic information of petrochemical factory,thus removing the factors that lead to dangerous accidents immediately and controlling the risk in the ini-tial stage,so as to realize the safe,sustainable and efficient chemical production.Experiments show that the on-line monitoring sys-tem has good reliability,security and practicability.
