目的 探讨血Irisin水平与超重/肥胖及相关代谢参数的关系.方法 招募175名上海市奉贤区40 ~ 60岁身体健康的人群.根据世界卫生组织诊断标准,体重指数(BMI)≥25 kg/m2,即可诊断超重/肥胖,19<BMI<25 kg/m2为正常体重.血清Irisin用酶联免疫吸附法测定.Irisin与代谢参数的关系采用Pearson相关分析,Irisin与超重/肥胖的关系采用logistic回归分析.结果 超重/肥胖者血Irisin水平较正常体重者降低(P<0.05).血Irisin水平与空腹血糖(r=0.224,P<0.05)、HbA1C(r=0.281,P<0.05)、总胆固醇(r=0.203,P<0.05)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(r=0.199,P<0.05)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(r=0.195,P<0.05)呈正相关,而与肌酐(r=-0.184,P<0.05)呈负相关.多元回归分析显示,Irisin水平与超重/肥胖负相关(OR=0.994,95% CI0.989 ~0.998,P=0.004).结论 超重/肥胖者血Irisin水平较正常体重者偏低,且Irisin与超重/肥胖呈负相关.

Objective To investigate the association of serum irisin level with overweight/obesity and various metabolic parameters.Methods Totally 175 healthy subjects aged 40-60 year were recruited in Fengxian District of Shanghai.The diagnosis of overweight/obesity was identified according to the diagnostic standards recommended by the World Health Organization.Subjects with body mass index(BMI) ≥25 kg/m2 and 19<BMI<25 kg/m2 were respectively diagnosed as overweight/obesity and normal weight respectively.Serum irisin was quantified by ELISA and its association with metabolic parameters was analyzed by Pearson bivariate correlation.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the association between irisin levels and overweight/obesity.Results Serum irisin levels were significantly decreased in overweight/obesity group compared with the control group (P<0.05).Circulating irisin level was positively correlated with fasting plasma glucose (r =0.224,P<0.05),HbA1C (r =0.281,P<0.05),total cholesterol(r =0.203,P<0.05),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (r =0.199,P< 0.05),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (r =0.195,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with serum creatinine (r =-0.184,P<0.05).Muhivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that increased irisin levels were associated with reduced odds of overweight/obesity (OR =0.994,95 % CI 0.989-0.998,P =0.004).Conclusions Serum irisin levels were decreased in subjects with overweight/obesity and inversely associated with overweight/obesity.
