采用 ICP-MS 法对普洱市12种普洱生茶及16种普洱熟茶样品中 Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co、Ni,Cu,Zn, As,Se,Sr,Cd,Ba 和 Pb 等16种矿质元素的质量分数进行测定。结果表明,普洱茶中矿质元素质量分数差异较大,Mn,Al,Fe 质量分数较高,Cd,Co,Se 质量分数较低。同一矿质元素在不同普洱茶中质量分数差异较大,除 Al,Mn,Se,Ba 这4种元素在普洱生茶中的质量分数略高于熟茶外,其他矿质元素在普洱生茶中的平均质量分数均低于熟茶。虽然矿质元素在不同茶品中存在质量分数差异,但普洱市普洱茶饮用安全,质量和品质较高,茶叶中 Cr,As,Cd 和 Pb 的质量分数低于国家限量标准,合格率为100%。

채용 ICP-MS 법대보이시12충보이생다급16충보이숙다양품중 Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co、Ni,Cu,Zn, As,Se,Sr,Cd,Ba 화 Pb 등16충광질원소적질량분수진행측정。결과표명,보이다중광질원소질량분수차이교대,Mn,Al,Fe 질량분수교고,Cd,Co,Se 질량분수교저。동일광질원소재불동보이다중질량분수차이교대,제 Al,Mn,Se,Ba 저4충원소재보이생다중적질량분수략고우숙다외,기타광질원소재보이생다중적평균질량분수균저우숙다。수연광질원소재불동다품중존재질량분수차이,단보이시보이다음용안전,질량화품질교고,다협중 Cr,As,Cd 화 Pb 적질량분수저우국가한량표준,합격솔위100%。
ICP-MS was used to analyze 16 mineral elements including Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr, Cd,Ba and Pb in the samples of 12 kinds of Pu-er raw tea and 16 kinds of Pu-er ripe tea.The results showed that there were significant differences between the mineral elements in Pu-er tea.The quality mass of contents of Mn,Al and Fe were high while the contents of Cd,Co and Se were quite low.The contents were also significantly different between different teas for any one kind of mineral elements.All Pu-er ripe teas contain more mineral elements than Pu-er raw tea except Al,Mn,Se and Ba.Although there were differences between the contents of mineral elements,the Pu-er tea which produced in Pu-er city is quite safe and with high quality.The contents of Cr,As,Cd and Pb were much lower than the national standard and the acceptable level rate is 100%.
