离子迁移谱技术是一种痕量物质检测技术,广泛应用在毒品、爆炸物探测和环境污染监测等方面。文中将离子迁移谱和半导体气敏传感器结合,研制了一种新型集成检测系统。介绍了集成检测系统的工作原理,研究了迁移管的设计和半导体气敏传感器的选型,深入分析了离子迁移信号调理电路、ADC采集和存储电路、半导体传感器控制电路的设计过程,详细阐述了集成检测系统的气路系统。选择浓度为80 ppm CO样气进行了集成检测系统的实验验证,获得了CO离子迁移谱和半导体气敏传感器的检测输出信号,给出了CO的识别方法。

Ion mobility spectrometry is a trace organic analytical technology widely used for quick detection of drugs,explo-sives and environmental pollutants.This paper designed a new integrated detecting system combining ion mobility spectrometry and semi-conductor gas sensitive sensors.The main functional principal of the system was introduced,and design of the ion mobility sen-sors and choose of the semi-conductor gas sensitive sensors were studied. The procedures of ion mobility signal modulated circuit, ADC data sample and store circuit and semi-conductor sensor control circuit were explicated.The gas structure of the integrated sys-tem was elaborated.The experiments detecting 80 ppm CO were completed,which acquired the ion mobility spectrometry of CO and output voltages of semi-conductor sensors.Finally,the recognition algorithm of CO was researched.
