This paper described the composition of remote video monitoring system. The host and the target platform and the driver module were illustrated.The embedded WEB server architecture was described and the designs of USB camera and web cam-era driver were expounded.The BOA server transplantation and BOA server page design were carried out and the Spcaview stream-ing media server was described.The transplantation of Spcaview to configure the network camera realized the remote client browser interface design.The loading of A/D data acquisition and the web page design of A/D device driver were expounded and CGI pro-gram design of A/D data acquisition was realized. Network data transmission and embedded monitoring system based on TCP proto-col were realized.
