液压元件在煤矿机械及其他工程机械中应用甚广，它的质量直接影响着整个液压系统的性能。装配到主机上的液压元件在进厂时，如果能够进行功能和技术指标测试，将会在很大程度上提高液压元件的质量，从而保证整个液压系统的性能。研究了液压泵、液压马达、液压缸和液压阀的检测项目和检测方法，提出了液压元件检测平台的建设思路。

Hydraulic components are widely used in coal mining machinery and other engineering machinery, its quality directly influences the whole performance of the hydraulic system. When assemblies to the main hydraulic components into the factory, if can be tested the function and technical index, it will greatly improve the quality of the hydraulic components, and to ensure the performance of the whole hydraulic system. This paper studied the testing project and method of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve, and also puts forward the construction thoughts of the detection platform for hydraulic components.
