为给合理施用化肥、降低化肥用量提供依据,以 K326和红花大金元为研究材料,在当地推荐用量的基础上进行了纯氮减施试验研究.结果表明:1)与主要经济性状有关的指标是在目前推荐 N 肥用量的基础上减施10%~20%,可以获得较好的经济效益.2)与生长发育有关的几项指标则表现为:(a)纯氮减施10%~30%对烤烟根系和茎秆发育的影响与品种有关,对 K326有较大影响,表现为根系和茎秆鲜质量明显下降,且对前者的影响更明显,但对红花大金元影响不明显;(b)纯氮减施10%~30%对叶片发育的影响较大,其中 K326以推荐 N 肥用量的叶片生长发育最好,而红大则是以减施20%的发育最好;(c)纯氮减施10%~30%对烤烟叶绿素的影响与品种有关,对 K326的影响表现为依次下降的规律明显,而红大则表现为减施10%~20%叶绿素含量增加,减施到30%才显著下降;(d)纯氮减施10%~20%对烤烟主要生育期的影响较小,但减少到30%则会明显推迟红花大金元的现蕾开花时间.
為給閤理施用化肥、降低化肥用量提供依據,以 K326和紅花大金元為研究材料,在噹地推薦用量的基礎上進行瞭純氮減施試驗研究.結果錶明:1)與主要經濟性狀有關的指標是在目前推薦 N 肥用量的基礎上減施10%~20%,可以穫得較好的經濟效益.2)與生長髮育有關的幾項指標則錶現為:(a)純氮減施10%~30%對烤煙根繫和莖稈髮育的影響與品種有關,對 K326有較大影響,錶現為根繫和莖稈鮮質量明顯下降,且對前者的影響更明顯,但對紅花大金元影響不明顯;(b)純氮減施10%~30%對葉片髮育的影響較大,其中 K326以推薦 N 肥用量的葉片生長髮育最好,而紅大則是以減施20%的髮育最好;(c)純氮減施10%~30%對烤煙葉綠素的影響與品種有關,對 K326的影響錶現為依次下降的規律明顯,而紅大則錶現為減施10%~20%葉綠素含量增加,減施到30%纔顯著下降;(d)純氮減施10%~20%對烤煙主要生育期的影響較小,但減少到30%則會明顯推遲紅花大金元的現蕾開花時間.

To provide a basis for reasonable usage of chemical fertilizer and reduce its dosage,two tobacco varieties K326 and Honghuadajinyuan(HD)were used as test material,and a field trial of pure nitrogen reduction was carried out based on the local recommend dosage.The results indicate that 10% to 20% reduction of pure nitrogen could achieve a better economic benefit.Several indexes of growth and development indicate that (a)the affect of 10% to 30% pure nitrogen reduction on the development of roots and stem of flue-cured tobacco is variety-related.It has a great affect on K326,which showed the quality of the roots and fresh stem weight obviously decreased,and the former reduced more significantly.But it has no obviously affect on HD.(b)The affect of 10% to 30%pure nitrogen reduction on leaves development is great:the growth and development of K326 is best at the local recommend dosage;the growth and development of HD is best when pure nitrogen reduced 20%.(c)The affect of 10% to 30% pure nitrogen reduction on the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco is variety-related:the chlorophyll content of K326 obviously decreased along with the reducing amount of chemical fertilizer;the chlorophyll content of HD increased when the pure nitrogen reduced 10 to 20 percent,but decreased significantly when the pure nitrogen reduced 30 percent.(d)10% to 20% of pure nitrogen reduction has no obviously affect on the main growth periods of flue-cured tobacco,but HD delayed obviously in budding when pure nitrogen reduced 30 percent.
