According to inverted A2 O sewage treatment process,the integration scheme and its control system architecture were disscussed,and the multiprocessor distributed control system based on Ethernet/IP was designed using PLC. System integration scheme was presented,and the design of multi-master system was focused on and software design ideas and processes were given. Communication network was designed,and position monitoring site design was discussed. Actual operation proves that the sewage treatment control system is reliable,fully meeting the design requirements.
