在分析彩珠筒传统手工工艺的基础上,设计了一种全自动彩珠筒外装潢纸裹包机。所设计的裹包机由真空吸盘输纸装置、启动送卸料装置、涂胶装置、压紧装置和裹包装置组成,采用PLC控制技术,机电气相结合,实现了输纸、涂胶、送料、包装及卸料工艺的自动化,可适用于多种规格彩珠筒外装潢纸的自动化包装,可完成待裹包彩珠筒长600~1200 mm,外径1~30 mm;包装彩纸宽40~130 mm,长620~1220 mm;20~30个/min彩珠筒外装潢纸的裹包任务。所设计的裹包机不仅提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,而且改善了包装质量,减少了安全隐患,为已装填火药的彩珠筒外装潢纸裹包生产的自动化提供了有效途径。
在分析綵珠筒傳統手工工藝的基礎上,設計瞭一種全自動綵珠筒外裝潢紙裹包機。所設計的裹包機由真空吸盤輸紙裝置、啟動送卸料裝置、塗膠裝置、壓緊裝置和裹包裝置組成,採用PLC控製技術,機電氣相結閤,實現瞭輸紙、塗膠、送料、包裝及卸料工藝的自動化,可適用于多種規格綵珠筒外裝潢紙的自動化包裝,可完成待裹包綵珠筒長600~1200 mm,外徑1~30 mm;包裝綵紙寬40~130 mm,長620~1220 mm;20~30箇/min綵珠筒外裝潢紙的裹包任務。所設計的裹包機不僅提高瞭生產效率,降低瞭勞動彊度,而且改善瞭包裝質量,減少瞭安全隱患,為已裝填火藥的綵珠筒外裝潢紙裹包生產的自動化提供瞭有效途徑。

Based on the analysis of traditional manual process of the color bead tube, a fully automatic color bead tube external decoration paper wrapping machine was designed by adopting the PLC control technology and combining the electricity and vapor, with the functions of automatic feeding, gluing, delivering, packaging and unloading. The machine consisted of vacuum suction feeding device, loading/unloading activating device, gluing device, clamping device and wrapping device, and it could be applied to various specifications of automatic wrapping of color bead tube external decoration paper. It could complete the task of wrapping and decorating color bead tube outer paper at the speed of 20~30pc/min, with the wrapping bead tube length of 600~1200mm, outside diameter of 1~30 mm, and the packaging confetti of width of 40~130mm, the length of 620~1220mm. The results showed it enhanced the production efficiency and reduced labor intensity with the improvements in packaging quality and security. It also provided an effective way to the automatic production of external decoration paper wrapping of the color bead tube filled with gunpowder.
