为了提高声发射检测仪的采样精度和采样速率,提出一种基于FPGA和AD9226组成的多路数据采集处理模块。首先将传感器检测的信号进行放大、增益调节;再将调制后的模拟信号通过AD9226进行模数转换,同时将采集的多路数据存入SDRAM中;采集的数据可以通过无线方式送至上位主机进行数据分析处理。实验证明,该多路数据采集模块采样精度高,处理速度快,满足设计要求。

In order to improve the sampling precision and sampling rate of acoustic emission detector,a multi-channel data ac-quisition processing module based on FPGA and AD9226 was proposed.First,the detection signal from the sensor was amplified and gain adjusted.Then,the modulated analog signal implemented analog to digital conversion by AD9226,while the multi-channel data was stored in SDRAM.The data was sent to the host PC wirelessly,and was analyzed and processed.Experiments show that the multi-channel data acquisition module has high sampling accuracy,fast processing speed,thus meeting the design requirements.
