电梯在人员出入轿厢的时候,如果发生非正常移动,容易造成挤压和剪切的事故。为了避免此类事故的发生,提出应制定强制性的标准设置一种防止轿厢意外移动的装置,此装置应为机电联动结构,一旦检测到轿厢意外移动必须马上强制制停电梯。事实证明,轿厢意外移动保护装置能有效减少轿厢意外移动发生的剪切事故,保证乘客安全。
電梯在人員齣入轎廂的時候,如果髮生非正常移動,容易造成擠壓和剪切的事故。為瞭避免此類事故的髮生,提齣應製定彊製性的標準設置一種防止轎廂意外移動的裝置,此裝置應為機電聯動結構,一旦檢測到轎廂意外移動必鬚馬上彊製製停電梯。事實證明,轎廂意外移動保護裝置能有效減少轎廂意外移動髮生的剪切事故,保證乘客安全。

When the staff out of the car,if the elevator move abnormally,it is easy to cause the accident of the shear and compression. In order to avoid such accidents, it is necessary to establish mandatory standards and set a kind of protection against unintended car movement. It should be mechanical linkage structure, once detected the unintended car movement, it must be forced to stop the elevator. In fact, protection against unintended car movement can reduce the shear accident effectively which is occurred by unintended car movement,and ensure the safety of the passengers.
