"Three certificate merged into one certificate and a single number " of organization code certificate, business license and tax registration certiifcate is an important content in the commercial system reform. This article focuses on how to determine the one certiifcate and a single number, and then puts forward some preliminary ideas and suggestions to promote this reform in our province.
