目前,电缆绝缘护套厚度测量主要利用投影仪来完成。该方法测量速度慢、过程枯燥乏味、受人的主观因素影响大。针对这些缺点,文章设计了一套基于matlab的电线电缆绝缘护套厚度测量系统。文中详细介绍了测量系统的硬件组成,对光源、光学镜头、摄像机等硬件进行了分析和选择,并搭建了测量系统试验平台。文中还选择出适合本课题的图像处理算法,用数学形态学法对图像滤波去噪、用双峰法对图像进行分割、用canny边缘检测算子来提取边缘轮廓。最后通过试验证明了测量系统精度高,测量速度快,具有很强的实用性。

Currently, people mainly use the projector to measure the thickness of the wire and cable insulation and sheath. This method has slow, tedious boring, affected by human factors and other shortcomings. Aiming at these shortcomings, we design a wire and cable insulation and sheath measurement system based on matlab. This paper introduces in detail the hardware of the measurement system. The light source, lens, camera and other hardware are analyzed and selected to build a test platform for the measurement system. This paper selects the appropriate algorithm for this topic. We selected the mathematical morphology ifltering method for image ifltering, using bimodal method for image segmentation, using canny edge detection operator to extract the edge contour. Finally through the experiment proved that the measurement system designed in this paper high accuracy, measurement speed, and highly practical.
