基于ANSYS软件,将参数化建模与有限元方法相结合,应用二次开发语言(APDL,UIDL),以某桥式起重机为研究对象,开发了参数化的主梁、端梁、整机的仿真平台,可对相似结构的桥式起重机不同位置载荷、不同尺寸进行计算,并通过与实验结果的比较验证了有限元计算结果的准确性,为桥式起重机的虚拟检测提供了平台支持。
基于ANSYS軟件,將參數化建模與有限元方法相結閤,應用二次開髮語言(APDL,UIDL),以某橋式起重機為研究對象,開髮瞭參數化的主樑、耑樑、整機的倣真平檯,可對相似結構的橋式起重機不同位置載荷、不同呎吋進行計算,併通過與實驗結果的比較驗證瞭有限元計算結果的準確性,為橋式起重機的虛擬檢測提供瞭平檯支持。

This paper combined parametric modeling and FEM which was based on ANSYS, with its secondary development function(APDL, UIDL). It took a bridge crane as the research object, and had developed the parametric simulation platform for the bridge crane including its main beam, end beam and the whole machine. Similar bridge of different size with different load position can be computed with this simulation platform. Moreover, the ifnite element calculation results were veriifed through comparing with experimental results. Provide a platform for the virtual test of the bridge crane.
