文中以铺地材料燃烧性能试验设备作为测试并评定纺织地毯、软木板、木板、橡胶板和塑料地板及地板喷涂材料等燃烧性能的重要试验设备，研究针对铺地材料燃烧性能试验设备辐射性能研究确定其量值溯源和确保数据的准确可靠。特别对铺地材料燃烧性能试验设备的辐射通量示值误差、辐射板辐射温度示值误差、辐射板辐射温度稳定性等技术指标、校准方法与测量结果不确定度进行了研究分析。

Floor material combustion performance test equipment is important equipment for evaluating the burning performance of lfoor such as textile carpet, soft wooden panels, wooden panels, rubber lfoor panels, plastic lfoor panels and lfoor coating materials. In order to guarantee the traceability and the reliability of calibration data for the lfoor material combustion performance test equipment, we research on its technical parameters like indication error of the radiation lfux and the radiation panel temperature, also the temperature stability. Furthermore, the method for calibrating the radiation performance of the lfoor material combustion performance test equipment is proposed, and the analysis of the calibration uncertainty is given.
