目的:探讨全程护理体系在批量烧伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法将实施全程护理体系后住院的76例批量烧伤患者设为研究组,实施全程护理体系前住院的71例批量烧伤患者设为对照组。比较两组院前急救时间、有效抢救时间、抢救成功率、住院时间及患者满意度。结果研究组患者的院前急救时间、有效抢救时间及平均住院时间均显著少于对照组( P<0.01)。应用批量烧伤全程护理体系后,抢救成功率由89.1%提高到98.0%,患者的满意度由85.0%上升到97.3%。结论将全程护理体系应用在批量烧伤患者的救治中,可减少患者院前急救时间、有效抢救时间及住院时间,提高抢救成功率和患者满意度。

목적:탐토전정호리체계재비량소상환자구치중적응용효과。방법장실시전정호리체계후주원적76례비량소상환자설위연구조,실시전정호리체계전주원적71례비량소상환자설위대조조。비교량조원전급구시간、유효창구시간、창구성공솔、주원시간급환자만의도。결과연구조환자적원전급구시간、유효창구시간급평균주원시간균현저소우대조조( P<0.01)。응용비량소상전정호리체계후,창구성공솔유89.1%제고도98.0%,환자적만의도유85.0%상승도97.3%。결론장전정호리체계응용재비량소상환자적구치중,가감소환자원전급구시간、유효창구시간급주원시간,제고창구성공솔화환자만의도。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing system (WCNS) in the treatment of mass burn patients. Methods Seventy‐six mass burn patients who were hospitalized after enforcing WCNS were assigned to research group and 71 ones who were hospitalized before enforcing WCNS to control group. Pre‐hospital care time ,effective rescue time ,successful rescue rate ,length of stay and patients’ satisfaction were com‐pared between two groups. Results Pre‐hospital care time ,effective rescue time and average length of staywere significantly shorter in research than in control group (P<0.01). After enforcing WCNS successful rescue rate increased from 89.1% to 98.0% and patients ’ satisfaction from 85.0% to 97.3% .Conclusion Application of WCNS in the treatment of mass burn patients could reduce pre‐hospital care time ,effective rescue time and length of stay and raise successful rescue rate and patients ’ satisfaction.
