目的：探讨西帕依固龈液对经口插管患者口腔护理的效果。方法将100例IC U气管插管患者随机分为两组，每组50例，研究组采用西帕依固龈液，对照组采用生理盐水进行口腔护理，观察两组护理前后口腔异味、真菌感染及其他并发症情况。结果口腔护理2周后，研究组口腔异味、真菌感染、口唇皲裂发生率显著低于对照组（χ2＝6.78、4.33、4.17，P＜0.05或0.01）。结论采用西帕依固龈液对IC U气管插管患者进行口腔护理，可有效预防口腔异味、真菌感染、口唇皲裂等并发症的发生，对预防肺部感染具有重要意义。

목적：탐토서파의고간액대경구삽관환자구강호리적효과。방법장100례IC U기관삽관환자수궤분위량조，매조50례，연구조채용서파의고간액，대조조채용생리염수진행구강호리，관찰량조호리전후구강이미、진균감염급기타병발증정황。결과구강호리2주후，연구조구강이미、진균감염、구진군렬발생솔현저저우대조조（χ2＝6.78、4.33、4.17，P＜0.05혹0.01）。결론채용서파의고간액대IC U기관삽관환자진행구강호리，가유효예방구강이미、진균감염、구진군렬등병발증적발생，대예방폐부감염구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the effect of xipayi mouth rinse in oral care of patient undergoing oral trachea cannula. Methods A total of 100 ICU patients undergoing trachea cannula were randomly assigned to two groups of 50 ones each ,research group used xipayi mouth rinse for oral care and control group physiological saline ,and pre‐and post‐nursing oral abnormal flavour ,fungal infection and other complica‐tions of two groups were observed. Results After 2 week oral care the incidences of oral abnormal fla‐vour ,fungal infection and cracked lips were significantly lower in research than in control group (χ2 =6.78 ,4.33 ,4.17 ;P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse used in oral care of patient under‐going oral trachea cannula could effectively prevent the development of oral abnormal flavour ,fungal infec‐tion and cracked lips and is of great significance to preventing lung infection.
