高职院校的《物流成本管理》课程在教学过程中存在很多问题，本文分析了这些问题产生的原因，并提出了以“三标对接”为导向，推进《物流成本管理》课程教学改革的思路，以实现《物流成本管理》课程的课程标准与助理物流师国家职业资格标准、企业物流业务岗位技能标准的有效衔接，从而使高职院校能培养出满足社会和企业需求的高技能物流专业人才。
고직원교적《물류성본관리》과정재교학과정중존재흔다문제，본문분석료저사문제산생적원인，병제출료이“삼표대접”위도향，추진《물류성본관리》과정교학개혁적사로，이실현《물류성본관리》과정적과정표준여조리물류사국가직업자격표준、기업물류업무강위기능표준적유효함접，종이사고직원교능배양출만족사회화기업수구적고기능물류전업인재。
There are some problems in teaching process of Logistics Cost Management course in higher vocational colleges .T he Paper analyzes the causes of these problems ,and puts for‐ward the idea of Logistics Cost Management Course teaching reform through abutting joint of the three standards .We will try to realize effective connection among the course standard of Logistics Cost Management course ,the national vocational qualification standard of assistant logistics division and the logistics post skills standard of enterprises ,so that high‐skilled lo‐gistics professional talents can be cultivated to meet the needs of the society and enterprises .
