目的：探讨将品管圈活动应用于精神科管理对降低患者跌倒发生率的影响。方法组建品管圈，通过对患者跌倒原因进行分析，实施防跌倒措施，比较开展品管圈活动前后我院住院患者跌倒发生率情况。结果开展品管圈活动后精神科住院患者跌倒发生率由1．4％下降为0。结论在精神科开展品管圈活动可有效减少住院患者跌倒事件的发生，提高患者的满意度。
목적：탐토장품관권활동응용우정신과관리대강저환자질도발생솔적영향。방법조건품관권，통과대환자질도원인진행분석，실시방질도조시，비교개전품관권활동전후아원주원환자질도발생솔정황。결과개전품관권활동후정신과주원환자질도발생솔유1．4％하강위0。결론재정신과개전품관권활동가유효감소주원환자질도사건적발생，제고환자적만의도。
Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle (QCC) ap‐plication on fall incidence of psychiatric inpatients .Methods The QCC was es‐tablished ,measures preventing fall were carried out via analyzing fall causes of patients ,and pre‐and post‐post‐QCC fall incidences of inpatients in our hospital compared .Results After developing the QCC fall in‐cidence of psychiatric inpatients lowered from 1 .4% to 0 .Conclusion The QCC development in psychiatric department could effectively reduce the occurrence of inpatients ’ fall events and raise patients’ satisfac‐tio n .
