在新船试航时,偶尔会发生进水沉船事故,但是,新船第一次试航就翻沉则非常罕见。据有关方面统计,每年在张家港通航管区发生的上百艘船舶主机、舵机等故障导致船舶失控的事故中,试航船占了较大的比例,而“皖神舟67”拖船发生的严重试航事故则给试航作业再一次敲响了警钟。试图从拖轮的性能特点、拖轮试航项目及要求、影响试航事故的因素等角度出发,简要分析了拖轮翻沉的原因,以期为日后的工作提供一定的参考。

In the new ship sea trial, sporadically water shipwreck, however, the new boat capsized on the first sea trial is very rare. According to official statistics, every year one hundred ships on navigable host Zhangjiagang district occurred, steering gear malfunction due to loss of control of a ship accident, pilot boat accounted for a large proportion, and “WanShenzhou 67” tugboat accident that severely sea trial the sea trial operation to once again sounded the alarm. This paper attempts to tug the performance characteristics, tugs sea trial project and requirements, and other factors accident sea trial point of view, a brief analysis of the tugboat capsized reasons, in order to provide a reference for future work.
