基于铵氮的荧光分析方法研制了一种便携式铵氮荧光检测仪,由样品检测模块、信号放大与压频转换模块、测频模块、数据显示与存储模块和电源模块组成。仪器的基线和恒定信号响应可稳定2 h;铵氮浓度在0~4000 nmol/L范围内时,其测定结果与通用仪器测定结果有线性相关性;仪器可测定实际水样中的铵氮浓度,与通用仪器的测定结果无显著差异。
基于銨氮的熒光分析方法研製瞭一種便攜式銨氮熒光檢測儀,由樣品檢測模塊、信號放大與壓頻轉換模塊、測頻模塊、數據顯示與存儲模塊和電源模塊組成。儀器的基線和恆定信號響應可穩定2 h;銨氮濃度在0~4000 nmol/L範圍內時,其測定結果與通用儀器測定結果有線性相關性;儀器可測定實際水樣中的銨氮濃度,與通用儀器的測定結果無顯著差異。

A portable fluorescence analyzer of ammonium was developed based on fluorescence analysis method. The analyzer was made of sample detection module,signal amplifying and voltage-frequency converting module,frequency measurement module, data displaying and memory module and power module. Both the baseline and response to a constant signal of the analyzer can maintain stable for 2 hours.The signals of ammonium solutions whose concentration were in the range of 0~4 000 nmol/L were sep-arately detected by both the analyzer and a universal apparatus,and the results of the analyzer had a linear correlation with those of the universal apparatus.The analyzer is used to determine ammonium concentration in actual water samples,and the results have no significant differences with those of the universal apparatus.
