针对传统工业生产现场产品人工测试验证生产效率低下、人力成本过高、自动化水平较低的现状,基于Lab-VIEW虚拟仪器设计平台,采用RS485总线开发了一种智能化柔性数据采集系统。系统以软件为核心,采用模块化设计,构建现场总线级分布式电参量智能网络化采集系统,重点解决了异地分布电参量数据实时网络化集中采集问题,能够实现工业生产现场产品相关参数的实时数据采集、显示、存储和处理。经工业生产现场测试,运行稳定可靠,能够有效提高生产效率和产品测试验证自动化水平。整个系统硬件结构简单,软件设计鲁棒性好,软硬件易于扩展,可应用到不同的数据采集场合。

Due to the situation that the traditional industrial products manual test efficiency was low,the human cost was too high and the level of automation was low,a flexible intelligent data acquisition system was developed based on LabVIEW virtual in-strument platform using RS-485 bus.The system used software as the core ,adopted the modular design,structured field bus distrib-uted intelligent network electric parameter acquisition system,focused on solving the problem of remote distributed electrical param-eter data real-time network centralized collection,and the real-time data acquisition,display,storage and process of related parame-ters of industrial production field products were realized.Through the industrial production field test,the system is stable and relia-ble,and can effectively improve production efficiency,improve the automation of product testing and validation.The whole system has the advantages of simple hardware structure,good robustness,easy extension of the software and hardware,and it can be applied to data acquisition in different situations.
