《水资源规划与管理》是水文水资源工程专业重要的专业必修课程,该课程涉及面广,内容多,方法复杂,学习难度大,学生掌握起来比较困难。通过借鉴国内外教学实践经验及结合专业自身特点,根据专业培养教学目标和职业工程师教育能力培养要求,对该课程进行了深入的课程改革和教学实践。提出了全球化视域下,以思维为灵魂、方法为重点、地表水地下水相结合、水质水量相结合、宏观与微观相结合的教学新模式。实践表明,学生掌握程度高,能力提高快,教学效果不错,可供同类专业作参考。

《수자원규화여관리》시수문수자원공정전업중요적전업필수과정,해과정섭급면엄,내용다,방법복잡,학습난도대,학생장악기래비교곤난。통과차감국내외교학실천경험급결합전업자신특점,근거전업배양교학목표화직업공정사교육능력배양요구,대해과정진행료심입적과정개혁화교학실천。제출료전구화시역하,이사유위령혼、방법위중점、지표수지하수상결합、수질수량상결합、굉관여미관상결합적교학신모식。실천표명,학생장악정도고,능력제고쾌,교학효과불착,가공동류전업작삼고。
Water resources planning and management is an important professional curriculum in hydrology and water resources engineering specialty ,which is with broad ,numerous contents ,and complex meth‐ods ,and w hich is difficult to learn for undergraduate or graduate students .By referring to teaching prac‐tice experience at home and abroad ,and by combining with the professional characteristics according to professional training goals and education ability training requirements ,creative reform and teaching prac‐tice of the curriculum have been proceeded .The new teaching mode has been put forward with global per‐spective ,w hich focusing on the thinking for the soul ,the method as key points ,combination of surface water and groundwater ,combination of water quality and water quantity ,combination of macro and micro managements .Subsequent teaching practice has showed that the teaching effects are good ,the grasp de‐gree of students is high ,the student's ability has improved quickly ,and the actions are available as a refer‐ence for the similar specialty .
