采用文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法等,对重庆市具备游泳救生员资质人员上岗情况进行分析。结果表明:游泳救生员职业以男性为主,女性参与较少;重庆市具备游泳救生员资质人员的年龄结构呈现年轻化;重庆市具备游泳救生员资质人员学历整体水平较高;整体流失严重,女性流失率尤为突出,缺口没有得到有效缓解;重庆市上岗救生员的整体工作年限偏低,工作经验尚显不足;游泳救生员日工作时间较长,劳动力廉价;救生员上岗存在违反救生员工作守则现象,思想存在麻痹大意,游泳场馆对救生员管理不到位。针对以上问题,提出扩大游泳救生员培训规模,增加游泳救生员的数量,对高校体育专业具备游泳救生员资质学生和女性救生员进行就业帮扶,体育职能部门完善规章制度,采取职能部门监管、群众监督、完善培训等措施,以期为规范救生员职业行为和维持救生员行业可持续健康发展提供理论参考,为群众游泳健身提供安全保障。

By means of documentary ,interview and mathematical statistics ,the city of Chongqing have life‐guard situation analysis of lifeguard qualification of personnel .The results show that lifeguard vocational dominated by men ,women's participation less ;age structure of lifeguard qualification shows younger ;the overall level of lifeguard qualification personnel with higher degree ;the overall loss is serious ,the rate of loss of women is particularly prominent ,the gap has not been effectively alleviate low Chongqing mount guard rescue;work experience is insufficient ;lifeguard days longer working hours ,labor is cheap ;the lifeguard posts there was a violation of the lifeguard job code phenomenon , thought existed careless ;swimming venue is not in place of the lifeguard management .In view of the above problems ,we have put forward to enlarge the Lifeguard Training scale and to increase the number of lifeguard ;for college sports majors have lifeguard qualification students and female lifeguard employment assistance ;sports functional departments to perfect the rules and regulations ,to take the functional departments of supervision ,super‐vision by the masses ,perfect training and other measures ,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of sustainable health standard lifeguard vocational behavior and lifeguard industry ,to pro‐vide security for the people swimming fitness .
