高职教育是培养高素质高技能人才的重要平台，近年来，高职教育为国家经济和社会发展输送了大量合格人才，但也存在学校人才培养与企业实际所需存在偏差、供求结构错位的问题，为此，高职教育应在探析企业人才需求及高职学生职业素质现状的基础上，更好地以企业需求为导向提高高职学生职业素质，以此更好促进高职教育发展、企业效益提升及社会发展。
高職教育是培養高素質高技能人纔的重要平檯，近年來，高職教育為國傢經濟和社會髮展輸送瞭大量閤格人纔，但也存在學校人纔培養與企業實際所需存在偏差、供求結構錯位的問題，為此，高職教育應在探析企業人纔需求及高職學生職業素質現狀的基礎上，更好地以企業需求為導嚮提高高職學生職業素質，以此更好促進高職教育髮展、企業效益提升及社會髮展。
고직교육시배양고소질고기능인재적중요평태，근년래，고직교육위국가경제화사회발전수송료대량합격인재，단야존재학교인재배양여기업실제소수존재편차、공구결구착위적문제，위차，고직교육응재탐석기업인재수구급고직학생직업소질현상적기출상，경호지이기업수구위도향제고고직학생직업소질，이차경호촉진고직교육발전、기업효익제승급사회발전。
Higher vocational education is an important platform to train high-quality and high-skilled talents. In recent years, a large number of qualified talents have been dispatched to country's economy and social development. But there are some problems such as deviations between college talent training and business actual demands, dislocation of supply and demand structure and so on. Therefore, higher vocational education should improve professional quality of student better which is business demands oriented and based on analyzing talents demand of enterprises as well as professional quality status of students. In this way it will promote the development of higher vocational education and society and im-prove efficiency of enterprises.
