目的：阐述近年来魔芋葡甘聚糖（KGM ）作为药物载体材料的研究进展。方法归纳国内外最新的文献报道，对KGM 以及改性后的KGM作为药物载体材料的研究进展进行综述。结果 KGM来源丰富、生物相容性好、安全无毒、可降解，已经被广泛用于药物载体材料的研究，改性后的KGM更进一步拓宽了其应用范围。结论 KGM作为药物的载体材料具有广阔的应用前景。
목적：천술근년래마우포감취당（KGM ）작위약물재체재료적연구진전。방법귀납국내외최신적문헌보도，대KGM 이급개성후적KGM작위약물재체재료적연구진전진행종술。결과 KGM래원봉부、생물상용성호、안전무독、가강해，이경피엄범용우약물재체재료적연구，개성후적KGM경진일보탁관료기응용범위。결론 KGM작위약물적재체재료구유엄활적응용전경。
Objective To summarize the progress in the study of konjac glucomannan (KGM ) as drug carrier .Method The latest domestic and foreign literatures of the application of konjac glucomannan (KGM ) and modified KGM as drug carrier were re‐viewed .Result KGM has become a research hot‐spot because of the characteristics of rich source ,excellent biocompatibility and degradation .The modified KGM expanded its application scope further .Conclusion KGM used for drug carrier has a promising prospect .
