以碳纤维布作为增强材料,酚醛树脂,环氧树脂作为基体,经过浸渍,层压成型等工艺,制得碳纤维布增强酚醛环氧树脂复合材料。通过比较不同质量分数的酚醛/环氧树脂质量比所制得的材料的力学性能及扫描电镜(SEM )表征出的复合材料的微观结构,得出在环氧树脂质量分数为25%时,该复合材料具有最佳的力学性能。
以碳纖維佈作為增彊材料,酚醛樹脂,環氧樹脂作為基體,經過浸漬,層壓成型等工藝,製得碳纖維佈增彊酚醛環氧樹脂複閤材料。通過比較不同質量分數的酚醛/環氧樹脂質量比所製得的材料的力學性能及掃描電鏡(SEM )錶徵齣的複閤材料的微觀結構,得齣在環氧樹脂質量分數為25%時,該複閤材料具有最佳的力學性能。

Carbon fiber cloth is used as a reinforced material ,phenolic resin and epoxy resin are used as matrix , through soaking , laminated molding processes , phenolic epoxy resin composites reinforced with carbon fiber cloth are obtained .The mechanical properties of dif‐ferent mass fraction of phenolic /epoxy resin mass ratio are compared with the microstruc‐ture characterized by the SEM ,and the results show that the composite has the best mechan‐ical properties with the epoxy resin mass fraction at 25% .
