目的:探讨维吾尔药异常黑胆质成熟剂对维吾尔族异常黑胆质型乳腺癌患者放疗后 T 细胞及自然杀伤(NK)细胞的影响趋势。方法对40例维吾尔族异常黑胆质型乳腺癌患者放疗前后分别用流式细胞仪检测T细胞及 NK细胞水平,并随机分为药物干预组和对照组,比较2组 T 细胞亚群及 NK 细胞的分布特点。结果药物干预组及对照组放疗前一般临床资料及T细胞、NK细胞水平差异均无统计学意义;对照组放疗前后比较发现:放疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK明显均低于放疗前(P <0.05),药物干预组放疗后 CD4+、NK 高于放疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异常黑胆质成熟剂可明显改善异常黑胆质型乳腺癌患者放疗导致的细胞免疫功能低下,具有放射防护作用。

목적:탐토유오이약이상흑담질성숙제대유오이족이상흑담질형유선암환자방료후 T 세포급자연살상(NK)세포적영향추세。방법대40례유오이족이상흑담질형유선암환자방료전후분별용류식세포의검측T세포급 NK세포수평,병수궤분위약물간예조화대조조,비교2조 T 세포아군급 NK 세포적분포특점。결과약물간예조급대조조방료전일반림상자료급T세포、NK세포수평차이균무통계학의의;대조조방료전후비교발현:방료후CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK명현균저우방료전(P <0.05),약물간예조방료후 CD4+、NK 고우방료전,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론이상흑담질성숙제가명현개선이상흑담질형유선암환자방료도치적세포면역공능저하,구유방사방호작용。
Objective To explore the influence on immune cells of Uighur medicine abnormal savda munzipe for patients with breast cancer before and after radiotherapy.Methods Forty-one breast cancer patients with ui-ghur abnormal savda syndrome were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Flow cytometry (FCM )were applied to measure T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cells before and after radiotherapy.Results The general clinical data and the level of T cell,NK cell were of no significant difference in two cases.Compared with before radiotherapy,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NK cells were reduced after radiotherapy in control group (P<0.05),but the levels of CD4+ and NK cells increased in intervention group (P <0.05).Conclusion It plays a radiation protection role uighur medicine abnormal savda munzipe can obviously improve the immunologic function which were seriously impaired after radiotherapy.
