目的：了解我院质子泵抑制剂临床应用情况，为该类药物的合理使用提供参考。方法对我院2011～2013年质子泵抑制剂的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计分析。结果质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和DDDs总体呈增长趋势；泮托拉唑注射剂3年销售金额排序居第1位；兰索拉唑片3年DDDs排序居第1位；不合理应用情况中，最突出的是常规在手术后长时间、大剂量使用质子泵抑制剂，预防应激性溃疡。结论我院质子泵抑制剂的应用中存在一些不合理的用药现象，应建立质子泵抑制剂的合理用药指南，加强用药干预。
목적：료해아원질자빙억제제림상응용정황，위해류약물적합리사용제공삼고。방법대아원2011～2013년질자빙억제제적응용품충、소수금액、용약빈도（DDDs）급일균비용（DDC）등진행회고성통계분석。결과질자빙억제제적소수금액화DDDs총체정증장추세；반탁랍서주사제3년소수금액배서거제1위；란색랍서편3년DDDs배서거제1위；불합리응용정황중，최돌출적시상규재수술후장시간、대제량사용질자빙억제제，예방응격성궤양。결론아원질자빙억제제적응용중존재일사불합리적용약현상，응건립질자빙억제제적합리용약지남，가강용약간예。
Objective To investigate the clinical utilization of proton pump inhibitors to provide reference for rational drug use .Meth‐ods The varieties ,consumption amounts ,DDDs and DDC of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were retro‐spectively analyzed .Result The consumption amounts and DDDs of proton pump inhibitors showed an upward trend;Pantoprazole for Injection took the lead in terms of consumption amount ;Lansoprazole Tablets took the lead in terms of DDDs .The main mani‐festation of inappropriate was large dose proton pump inhibitors application for prophylaxi after surgery for a long time .Conclusion Irrational use of Proton Pump Inhibitors still existed .We suggested to establish guidelines on rational use of proton pump inhibi‐tors and enhance the medication interventional measures .
