矿产资源深部开采过程中,“三高”特征逐渐加剧,工程危害日趋严重;同时金属矿山尾砂、废石的排放量增多,尾矿库、废石堆场的安全环保问题日趋严重,废石尾砂胶结充填是解决矿山深部开采诸多问题的有效途径。废石尾砂充填开采可提高矿产资源的回采率,解决金属矿山的尾砂排放、废石堆放的安全环保问题,同时可减缓矿区地表的塌陷,从而可有效控制山区矿山地质灾害的发生,是现代采矿工业中“无费开采”的一项战略新技术。
