Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease has a high prevalence rate in patients of Otolaryngoloical department,and can cause a lot of throat and voice problems. However,clinical doctors are still lack of clear understanding of the disease. Still,there is no recognized standards for the diagnosis and treatment. This article will summarize the epidemiology,injury mechanism,clinical manifestation,and diagnositic method of Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.
