睡眠医学中心是以多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography，PSG）为核心，进行睡眠医学研究和睡眠疾病诊断的重要医疗机构。健全、有效的睡眠医学中心能协助各科医师把握各类患者的睡眠状态，提供全面的数据支持临床诊断。目前我国只有极少数医院成立有独立的临床睡眠医学专科，且存在建设不规范问题。本文将从管理及人员的配置，必备的仪器，场地设置，病案管理，感染控制和应急措施及技师培训等方面阐述睡眠医学中心的规范化建设。

Sleep medicine center is a medical institutions core with polysomnography,which is used to research Sleep medicine and disease diagnosis. Sound and effective sleep medicine center can assist each doctors to grasp the sleep state of all kinds of patients,and provide comprehensive data to support clinical diagnosis. There is only a handful hospital in our country set up independent clinical sleep medicine center. There are still some problems such as construction non-standard. This article elaborate the standardization of the Sleep medicine center construction in the management and personnel configuration,the necessary equipment, site Settings,medical record management,infection control and emergency measures and technician training sleep medicine center.
