江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂(简称贵冶)倾动炉车间原还原过程掺氮技术无法达到工厂节能、减排的要求,在生产实践中积累大量的经验后,对倾动炉还原过程掺氮技术进行了优化与改进。通过该技术应用倾动炉吨铜液化石油气单耗大幅度下降,液化石油气利用率得到提高,同时解决了倾动炉在还原启动、结束过程冒黑烟的问题。
江西銅業集糰公司貴溪冶煉廠(簡稱貴冶)傾動爐車間原還原過程摻氮技術無法達到工廠節能、減排的要求,在生產實踐中積纍大量的經驗後,對傾動爐還原過程摻氮技術進行瞭優化與改進。通過該技術應用傾動爐噸銅液化石油氣單耗大幅度下降,液化石油氣利用率得到提高,同時解決瞭傾動爐在還原啟動、結束過程冒黑煙的問題。

The Nitrogen-doped technology in Guixi Smelter's tilting Furnace workshop could not achieve energy saving and the emission reduction requirements. The Nitrogen-doped technology was optimized and improved after accumulated with a wealth of experience in the production practice. With the application of this technology, the unit LPG energy consumption of tilting furnace was significantly decreased, and LPG utilization rate was improved. And the problem of black smoke during reduction start and end procedure was also solved at the same time.
