在德兴铜矿矿山开采过程中,早期采用矿石经旋回破碎后,通过溜井放矿,经电机车运往选矿厂。以德兴铜矿1号溜井为例,分析了溜井放矿井筒磨损规律,在贮满矿石的井筒放矿时,矿石对井壁的磨损是轻微、均匀、缓慢的,提出井筒摩擦损失的计算式,且摩擦当量与磨损速度成反比关系。通过对溜井线磨损速度及总放矿量、总磨损速度进行计算和预测,可为矿山规划、设计和生产计划提供依据。
在德興銅礦礦山開採過程中,早期採用礦石經鏇迴破碎後,通過霤井放礦,經電機車運往選礦廠。以德興銅礦1號霤井為例,分析瞭霤井放礦井筒磨損規律,在貯滿礦石的井筒放礦時,礦石對井壁的磨損是輕微、均勻、緩慢的,提齣井筒摩抆損失的計算式,且摩抆噹量與磨損速度成反比關繫。通過對霤井線磨損速度及總放礦量、總磨損速度進行計算和預測,可為礦山規劃、設計和生產計劃提供依據。

In early mining stage of Dexing Copper Mine, the ore was transported to the concentrator by motor vehicle through the ore pass after gyratory crushing. Taking No.1 ore pass of Dexing copper mine as an example, this paper analyzed the regular wear pattern of the mine well when the ore got through the ore pass. When the ore pass is full of the ore, the wear to the well wall is slight, uniform and slow. Proposing the formula of wellbore friction loss, the friction is inversely proportional to the rate of wear. Through the calculation and forecasting of the wear rate of orepass line, the total amount of ore and the total wear speed, it can provide the basis for mine planning, design and production plan.
