目的:制备盐酸小檗碱明胶纳米粒。方法以明胶为囊材,采用单凝聚法制备盐酸小檗碱明胶纳米粒,并通过单因素实验优化其最佳制备工艺。结果盐酸小檗碱纳米粒最佳制备工艺条件为:明胶质量浓度为10g·L -1,凝聚剂体积分数为81.25%,滴定速度为2 mL · min-1,搅拌速度为600 r · min-1,投料比(盐酸小檗碱与明胶的质量比)为2∶4,交联剂体积分数为10%。结论该制备工艺简便可行,制得的盐酸小檗碱纳米粒有较明显的缓释效果。
目的:製備鹽痠小檗堿明膠納米粒。方法以明膠為囊材,採用單凝聚法製備鹽痠小檗堿明膠納米粒,併通過單因素實驗優化其最佳製備工藝。結果鹽痠小檗堿納米粒最佳製備工藝條件為:明膠質量濃度為10g·L -1,凝聚劑體積分數為81.25%,滴定速度為2 mL · min-1,攪拌速度為600 r · min-1,投料比(鹽痠小檗堿與明膠的質量比)為2∶4,交聯劑體積分數為10%。結論該製備工藝簡便可行,製得的鹽痠小檗堿納米粒有較明顯的緩釋效果。
목적:제비염산소벽감명효납미립。방법이명효위낭재,채용단응취법제비염산소벽감명효납미립,병통과단인소실험우화기최가제비공예。결과염산소벽감납미립최가제비공예조건위:명효질량농도위10g·L -1,응취제체적분수위81.25%,적정속도위2 mL · min-1,교반속도위600 r · min-1,투료비(염산소벽감여명효적질량비)위2∶4,교련제체적분수위10%。결론해제비공예간편가행,제득적염산소벽감납미립유교명현적완석효과。
Objective To prepare berberine hydrochloride‐loaded gelatin nanoparticles .Methods Berberine hydrochloride‐loaded ge‐latin nanoparticles were prepared by using gelatin as coating materials by simple coacervation ,and the preparation process was op‐timized by the single‐factor experiments .Results The optimal conditions for the preparation of berberine hydrochloride‐loaded ge‐latin nanoparticles were as follows :the concentration of gelatin ,10 g · L -1 ;the volume fraction of coagulant ,81 .25% ;the titra‐tion speed of coagulant ,2 mL · min-1 ;the stirring speed ,600 r · min-1 ;the mass ratio of berberine hydrochloride and gelatin ,2∶4 ;the volume fraction of curing agent ,10% .Conclusion The preparation process of the berberine hydrochloride‐loaded gelatin nanoparticles was simple and practical ,and the gelatin nanoparticles prepared under the optimal conditions had an obvious sus‐tained‐release effect .
