目的：研究化生平胶囊对胃溃疡大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法采用盐酸‐乙醇法制造大鼠胃溃疡模型，研究化生平胶囊对其溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率、血清及胃组织NO含量的影响，并通过光镜和电镜观察各组大鼠胃黏膜的病理变化。结果化生平胶囊可降低胃溃疡大鼠溃疡指数、提高抑制率，提高血清及组织中NO含量；光镜和电镜结果显示，化生平胶囊可明显改善大鼠胃组织的溃疡变化。结论化生平胶囊对大鼠胃溃疡有明显的保护作用。
목적：연구화생평효낭대위궤양대서모형적치료작용。방법채용염산‐을순법제조대서위궤양모형，연구화생평효낭대기궤양지수、궤양억제솔、혈청급위조직NO함량적영향，병통과광경화전경관찰각조대서위점막적병리변화。결과화생평효낭가강저위궤양대서궤양지수、제고억제솔，제고혈청급조직중NO함량；광경화전경결과현시，화생평효낭가명현개선대서위조직적궤양변화。결론화생평효낭대대서위궤양유명현적보호작용。
Objective To study the effect of Huashengping Capsules on gastric ulcer rats .Method Hydrochloric acid and alcohol were used to make gastric ulcer model on rats and the content of Huashengping Capsules was administrated .The ulcer index ,in‐hibiting rate of astric ulcer ,NO concentration in serum and stomach ,and the histological change on electron microscope were ob‐served .Results Huashengping Capsules decreased the ulcer index and NO content in serum and stomach ,meanwhile increased the inhibiting rate of astric ulcer .Histological ulcer was improved by Huashengping Capsules .Conclusion Huashengping Cap‐sules have protective effect on gastric ulcer rats .
