高校为实现可持续发展必须以当前的就业需求为导向对学生实施相应的教学策略，尤其是在随时代发展而更新换代较快的计算机教学过程中。高校在教学改革的过程中要对自身存在问题进行过详细的分析，然后在研究当前就业形势的前提下进行课程选择或者教学方法的改革。在高校计算机教学模式改革方面，为了真正培养出具备实用的计算机技能的学生，本文首先分析了计算机教学模式的现状，然后从就业导向的角度出发提出了几点教学模式改革的意见，希望能更好的面对计算机专业学生就业难的问题。
