盘轴类转动件作为商用航空发动机的关键重要部件,且为限寿件,直接决定了商用航空发动机的可靠性和成本。随着焊接技术的发展,先进商用航空发动机盘轴类转动件越来越多地采用焊接工艺来代替螺栓连接,以减轻结构重量并提高其可靠性。目前,电子束焊和惯性摩擦焊作为主要焊接方法,在商用航空发动机盘轴类转动件的焊接中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
盤軸類轉動件作為商用航空髮動機的關鍵重要部件,且為限壽件,直接決定瞭商用航空髮動機的可靠性和成本。隨著銲接技術的髮展,先進商用航空髮動機盤軸類轉動件越來越多地採用銲接工藝來代替螺栓連接,以減輕結構重量併提高其可靠性。目前,電子束銲和慣性摩抆銲作為主要銲接方法,在商用航空髮動機盤軸類轉動件的銲接中髮揮著越來越重要的作用。

As crucial, important and life limited components, disk and shaft rotor components determine the reliability and cost of commercial aeroengine directly. With the developing of welding process, it has been used more often instead of bolts to join disk and shaft rotor components in advanced commercial aeroengine, in order to reduce weight and improve reliability. At present, as main welding methods, electron beam welding and inertia welding are playing more and more important role in join-ing disk and shaft rotor components of commercial aeroen-gine.
