为了解西藏高校藏族大学生就业胜任力现状，文章以西藏高校藏族大学生为研究对象，以国内外有关大学生就业胜任力的研究成果为基础，结合西藏高校藏族大学生实际情况，采用问卷调查法对西藏3所高校的332名藏族大学生进行了调查。研究结论为藏族大学生就业胜任力在学历上存在显著差异；在专业类型中个人态度、个人能力和基础技能方面有一定差异；专业类型中问题解决能力、基础知识和持续进步能力方面以及性别上不存在显著差异。
為瞭解西藏高校藏族大學生就業勝任力現狀，文章以西藏高校藏族大學生為研究對象，以國內外有關大學生就業勝任力的研究成果為基礎，結閤西藏高校藏族大學生實際情況，採用問捲調查法對西藏3所高校的332名藏族大學生進行瞭調查。研究結論為藏族大學生就業勝任力在學歷上存在顯著差異；在專業類型中箇人態度、箇人能力和基礎技能方麵有一定差異；專業類型中問題解決能力、基礎知識和持續進步能力方麵以及性彆上不存在顯著差異。

In this study, Tibetan students in colleges and universities in Tibet as the research objects, based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign college students' employment competency combining with the actual situation of Tibetan college students in Tibet, the current situation of Tibetan college students' employ?ment competence was investigated by using questionnaires distributed to 332 Tibetan students from three univer?sities in Tibet. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in employment competence in terms of educational background and between the professional types in terms of personal attitude, abilities and basic skills but there was no significant differences in employment competence between gender, and on problem solving ability, basic knowledge and continuous improvement capability in different professional types.
